Considering translation options

I’m thinking that instead of just assuming, I can offer an English translation and a brief news summary. But it seems wise to ask first before generating anything. The guidelines are a bit unclear about when to ask, so I think it’s safer to approach it with options. I’ll create a short follow-up question for the user with options to make sure they get what they need!
